Hi! Nice to see you, did you sleep well?
Welcome to hazelist where I curate lists that make me feel good. Or bad. Or both. I haven’t entirely decided yet.
I loveloveLOVE lists. I love reading them, I love writing them, there’s something about lists that makes me feel cozy. Completed or not, it’s like the intention about it… there’s something cozy about it all. Probably the thing makes me interested in carousels as well. They’re just visually pleasing and there’s something about writing a list, sometimes with zero context. I’ll try to include a mix of posts and not just only lists. But you’re here just for the lists, I’m happy to have you here as well.
please make sure to stop by the newsletter if you’re interested. You can find it here.

about me;
II am Filipino-American mom of 2 very loud and active kids. I was born in San Jose, CA (which might explain my love for the internet and tech — doesn’t help my dad worked in tech back then) and raised in Vallejo, CA (which might explain why I can seem a bit ghetto sometimes… like when I’m mad or excited and yes, I fall asleep to rap music). While CA had a lot of beautiful sights and things to do… I never felt like I belong there. So at 25, after marrying my high school sweetheart (read: now ex husband) I moved to Florida to live my dream job working for Walt Disney World and for 5 years, it was a literal dream come true. I miss Florida, every single day.
I’m a self taught graphic designer, a former web designer, a former big book blogger and a former youtuber. I currently run several etsy stores and make stickers based on Filipino culture and gaming. I’m a huge gamer. Something me and my dad did and something he taught me was how to play Tetris and Freecell!
I suffer from anxiety, ocd contamination anxiety, severe anemia and perimenopause. My 40’s did not have a warm welcome for me, at all.
If you made it this far, thank you. And thank you for joining me on this journey no matter what season you joined in on, I hope to build this into a place I can fondly look back on.
